paying for your scan
Please ring Tel: 020 3137 2155 and our staff will be able to provide the necessary CSSD code for your scan and explain the costs.
We will provide an all-inclusive price for your scan and reporting fee, which is paid at the time of your appointment. You will be asked to pay a non-fundable deposit of 20% to secure your booking.
We accept all major payment methods.
If your scan is covered by your health insurance, then you should contact your insurer before booking your appointment to request authorisation for your scan.They may have paperwork they need to give you to bring to your appointment, and you may have limits or excesses on your policy that you need to check out first. In some cases, you may need to pay any shortfall if the limit on your policy is exceeded. Please ring us and one of our staff will be able to help you and explain if this is likely to occur. For questions about insurance, have your insurance information handy (group, policy number and authorisation code if you have one).
If you are eligible for NHS care, then your scan may be covered if you are referred from one of our partners in the NHS.
